Super clean. Very friendly staff. Walkable distance to many cafes in Gaya street, and even Suria mall ( less than 5 mins ) Surrounding might give you false impression as inside is renovated and clean. 10% off if you buy their barista coffee downstairs. Definitely strategic location !

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, anytime I had any difficulty - they were happy to help and be as accommodating as they could be. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning was very good for those hot days - also, wifi speed was very good. The hotel was also well equipped to facilitate beverages if required, having a drinks freezer near reception and a cute takeaway coffee shop downstairs. The hotel location was perfect for me, near Jesselton Point for Island hoping, near plenty of stores, restaurants, and tour shops for excurrisions. Definitely would recommend this hotel if travelling with a budget, they have great staff and a great location.

- spacious n clean room. Looks like newly renovated space. - very strategic location. Walking distance to todak waterfront, pasar filipine, suria sabah mall, pasar malam & other convenience store. No need to worry about finding foods and stuffs. We had a very pleasant stay walking around for 2 days before our hike to Gunung Kinabalu. - Friendly & helpfull staff. Met 3 of them ( forgot the name) but all were welcoming. They also allowed us to leave our belongings under their care for 2 days. Those things that we didnt wanna bring to the hike. Tq so much! - they have their own small coffee shop at the entrance with 10% disc for in house guest. Tried their mocha iced, it was nice!

Loved this place. Location was great, near to lots of night markets and the seafront. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean sheets everyday, bedroom was nice and well looked after. Would definitely recommend.

Great location near to local restaurants, shops, mall and jetty for day trips. Staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you. Kettles with teas & coffees provided when the room is made up. Well worth the price!

Great location: there's 7eleven, laundry service, restaurants, night market all within walking distance. The hotel is pretty easy to spot too. Clean room, toilet, good ambience, and great customer service. The flexible check in and check out time is the best. Would definitely recommend. They don't provide hair dryer/iron in the room tho. You gotta ask from the front desk.

Very good location for exploring the city. Ferry port is very close. Only a few minutes from the night market with delicious food options.

I like the concept of the stairs at the entrance to my room. Have a little bit of exercised after jalan makan makan. Staff is very friendly and helpfull
